In spring it is abundant with wild flowers growing among almond, carob and olive trees.The cleverly-designed gardens were created by a noted local landscaper. Menus have a broadly Iberian flavour, with some international favourites. Fish is fantastic in this area - the nearby ria formosa is the major breeding ground for fish in the North Atlantic and we are lucky to have the best fish market in the Algarve at nearby Olhao.
