Prices and Availability
The availability of departures and the prices shown on the website or in the personalized proposal are limited and may change without prior notice. Government taxes (VAT) included. Amounts are only guaranteed after the deposit has been paid.
The final balance must be settled up to 30 days before the start of the trip.
Services Included / Not Included
Unless otherwise stated, the price includes only the services expressly mentioned in the itinerary.
Not included: flights, airport taxes, transfers to/from airports, visas, tips, excess baggage or personal damages.
Baggage
TempoVip is not responsible for excess baggage, for baggage whose dimensions were not previously communicated, or for items left behind in vehicles. It is recommended to purchase suitable insurance to cover loss or damage.
General Provisions
TempoVip acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers (hotels, transportation, activities, etc.) and does not control their operation. Therefore, it cannot be held liable for delays, accidents, losses, damages, or irregularities resulting from the actions of those third parties.
The client agrees to comply with the transport and operating conditions set by the suppliers and releases TempoVip from any liability arising from failures or omissions on their part.
Change Fees
Any change to the reservation entails an administrative fee of €25.
Date changes made less than 6 months before departure are considered cancellations and are subject to the respective fees.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations of confirmed reservations may result in penalties charged by suppliers. The applicable fees are:
Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email.
The initial deposit (30%) is non-refundable.
Less than 20 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged (no refund).
Specific cancellation conditions, when applicable, override these general terms.
No changes or modifications are possible within 48 hours prior to the start of the trip.
Documentation
Each passenger is responsible for ensuring a valid passport (at least 6 months after travel), required visas and authorizations, as well as compliance with health requirements (e.g., mandatory vaccines).
TempoVip is not responsible for losses or boarding denials resulting from non-compliance with these rules.
Special Assistance
Specific needs must be communicated at the time of booking.
TempoVip will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such situations, but travelers with limitations are advised to be accompanied by an assistant.
For safety reasons, neither TempoVip nor suppliers can provide direct physical assistance (e.g., lifting passengers) in transport vehicles.
Travel Insurance
TempoVip strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance; obtaining such insurance is the sole responsibility of the client.
Program Changes
TempoVip reserves the right to modify itineraries, replace hotels, or adjust services for operational, weather, holiday, or other unforeseen reasons.
Such changes do not constitute a breach of contract.
Traveler’s Responsibility
The client is responsible for providing correct information at the time of booking (names, dates, contacts), ensuring proper documentation, and confirming they are fit to travel.
Bookings are only confirmed after payment of the required minimum deposit.
TempoVip is not responsible for boarding denials, including airline overbooking situations.
Errors and Omissions
Despite all efforts to ensure information accuracy, errors or omissions may occur.
In case of billing error, TempoVip reserves the right to correct the invoice, and the client is responsible for paying the correct amount.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the courts of Lisbon shall have jurisdiction.
Severability Clause
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by another with equivalent effect.
